Welcome to GLOW with Rosie. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, digital products, e-commerce store, and spiritual coaching services hosted via Kajabi. By accessing our platform, purchasing our products, or engaging in our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Spiritual Healing & Coaching Disclaimer (Crucial Notice)

By using our services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Not Medical or Professional Advice: The services, coaching, freebies, and content provided by GLOW with Rosie are for spiritual, educational, and informational purposes only. Rosie is a spiritual healer and coach, not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, or financial advisor.
  • No Guarantees: Spiritual healing and coaching depend heavily on individual commitment and personal interpretation. GLOW with Rosie makes no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding specific outcomes, medical improvements, or life changes.
  • Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after any coaching sessions or product use.

2. Accounts, Eligibility, and Conduct

  • Eligibility: There are no age restrictions to browse our site, but users must have the legal capacity to enter into financial transactions to purchase products or subscriptions.
  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account on our Kajabi platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • Termination for Misconduct: We reserve the ultimate right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account and access to our services immediately, without notice or refund, in cases of gross misconduct. Gross misconduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment of the coach or other community members, hate speech, spamming, fraudulent activities, or violating our intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

  • Our Intellectual Property: All content, logos, graphics, course materials, workbooks, videos, and meditations featured on GLOW with Rosie are the exclusive property of GLOW with Rosie. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and use materials for personal use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute our materials.
  • User-Generated Content: If you post reviews, comments, testimonials, or photos on our community forums or social media pages, you grant GLOW with Rosie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole discretion.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

  • Payment Processing: All financial transactions (one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions) are processed securely through our third-party provider, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital and experiential nature of our freebies, downloads, coaching sessions, and digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Subscription Cancellations: For ongoing subscriptions, cancellation requests are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis. To request a subscription review or cancellation, you must contact us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOW with Rosie, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use our platform, coaching, or products. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, physical illness, or perceived lack of progress.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your relationship with GLOW with Rosie shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes must be filed in the courts located within Wyoming.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
